Please be aware that everything available on Customee is custom-made. In order to guarantee the highest quality, we print each item individually for you once you place an order.
Delivery times may vary because we work with many different artists and manufacturers from around the world. Yet, it also enables us to sell our goods at remarkably reduced costs.
Shipping carrier: Royal Mail, USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, Local Post...
Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The above time frame is only applied for orders to the UK with standard shipping methods.
- Delivery to military regions are currently limited. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
- The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
- International orders: In the event that orders must pass through customs, it can take more time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by any delivery delays that may come from the fact that we have no control over the customs procedure.
- A tracking link will be emailed to your email when your product is ready to be dispatched so you can track it all the way to your house.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link that will allow you to monitor your package until it arrives at your door. Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available, this simply means that the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Once the parcel is scanned into their system, tracking events will appear on the tracking page.
Please get in touch with us if your package does not come by the estimated delivery date, and we will be pleased to help you with your order.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during checkout, as we cannot be held responsible if your order is delivered to an incorrect address.
We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur if you ask the final mile carrier to forward or reroute your package after your order has already left our warehouse.
